How do you focus on raising your consciousness and vibration?

Discover Proven Techniques for Heightened Awareness and Inner Peace

The process of life is the constant motion of interchanging energy all the time, within ourselves and with others. You can, all the time in each second of each day, create a new you, both mentally and physically, by consciously choosing to change this energetic vibration. Simply put, you have the ability to master your vibrations in your mind and body.

To change an outcome, you must realise that two or more outcomes have to exist at exactly the same precise moment, and one simply gives way to another. By placing your attention on a new outcome, you release the other outcome that no longer serves you.

What makes this jump possible? How do you find the bridge that makes it possible to move from one path to another? Thoughts, feelings and emotions that believe the new reality is already in place make the jump possible. In the spaces between each breath, in the pulse of creation that exists between each breath, you have the opportunity to jump, from one possibility to the next.

This space is where miracles occur. The first step of The Upward Spiral is about making the choice to do so, to choose another reality, another outcome, and to change your life. Do you want to change and spiral upward?

Your Chip. How does this effect your ability to operate in higher consciousness?

Your Chip

The set of wiring that dictates your life for you is what I call your ‘chip’. It is your core programming. This ‘chip’ is the specific life programme that you have established for yourself subconsciously. It is deeper than childhood wounds, it’s a source, the seed from where all mistaken beliefs and subconscious fears derive and drives you unconsciously in all of your actions in life.

It is the input from your experiences, thoughts and feelings that you have programmed into your computer for life. The ‘chip’ is coded in your DNA and deeply entrenched in your physical body – it’s like cellular memories. It is made up from all your childhood experiences from conception to eighteen. In some of my clients cases it is deeply embedded in their DNA and ancestry. The lineage and the trauma experienced by past family even dictates what this programme is going to be.

Do not run away here and avoid looking at your chip! Most people have an instant reaction when trying to find their ‘chip’ and that is to run away, the feelings of fear and insecurity come in now, but this is simply because you are getting out of your comfort zone.

The skin that you have been wearing for so long now is being peeled away little by little, and so you begin to cry at the loss of your protective layer. However, this is just an illusion, as the layer that you shed tears for does not serve you anymore and the pain you feel is simply that of moving into a new place that is different from what you know and is completely new.

Strangely enough in my practise, I do help clients to see the benefits of this old programme and show how it served to help them survive, often in very threatening situations. Many of your current strengths have been born from this programme. The strengths remain, however letting go of the ‘chip’ is essential to moving forward into higher conscious thinking as well as accessing spiritual self and purpose.

Most clients that come to me have been in therapy for many years, have done many healing modalities and yet still feel they haven’t shifted. Im often told , “ Do I need to tell you the same story I’ve been talking about for years and yet have felt no change ?” Sadly I have found that unless you delve deeply into the source of the programme that runs your life, it is very difficult to truly shift.

The good news is that its possible to do in a short space of time and with simple spiritual rituals and practises quite easily shift and embrace the highest version of yourself where you will consciously flow in and out of life challenges.

How do we know if we’re operating from a higher consciousness

SIX STEPS OF TRANSFORMATION

My greatest challenge in the field I have chosen to work in, as a soul alignment coach is in helping people reach a heightened level of consciousness where they are operating from complete awareness, truth and integrity to themselves as well as others.

I am constantly checking in with myself to see if I’m operating on this level of consciousness, it requires enormous discipline and self reflection as well as an almost super power ability to see the real facts clearly, have clarity of the situation and the ability to circumvent destructive actions, short circuit the situation to an outcome that is beneficial to all.

This sounds almost too good to be true and has a touch of magical fantasy sprinkled in and around the racing angry and reactive thoughts that are running normally through your mind. The good news is that is is completely possible when you train yourself to reach a level of higher consciousness, this is done by seeing your shadow, wounded ego, and rewiring your computer programme, with many daily rituals and spiritual practises that will re-wire your neural pathways to make this a complete habit and natural way of being.

Operating in higher consciousness when you get it right, is the greatest high you can experience, the only challenging aspect is you will begin to see how many people around you are completely unaware of themselves and their destructive patterns.

The following information I found by Adrienne Hanks helped explain the transformation from unconscious to conscious so clearly.

Adrianne Hanks, in his book, “Where am I right now?” Talks about the ‘6 steps of Conscious Development’ and I feel he explains it so well that I need my reader to see it in this format.

Step One: Unaware of being Unconscious

Coma-like existence, lots of fear and doubt, living in illusion, drug use to numb emotion, very low vibration, unable to bring about change, the ‘I’ is unable to shine.

Step 2: An awareness of being Unconscious

Here we have a spark of light being aware of the ‘potential self’ and trying to explore it.

Step 3: Awakening to becoming Conscious

In this stage, we are trying to live consciously, living life and attempting to make decisions to change it.

Step 4: Awareness of being Conscious

Here you realise and accept what you need to learn, where you need assistance and seeking a mentor to help you.

Step 5: Awakening to becoming Consciously Aware

You are aware of your journey and others around you, conscious of the constant need for alignment, and are motivated to practise to perfect.

Step 6: Being Consciously Aware

Alignment from a sense of ‘knowing’ and intuition rather than constantly practising. Being in the ‘I’ presence, high vibration, making choices outside of habit, knowing with clarity the right choices to make instantly.

Ability to master one’s own life, operating from intuition and higher self and one’s actions are motivated by the intention of the greatest good for all. The heart is open and not closed and you have the ability to manifest your own reality. Using your sixth sense of knowing rather than your five physical senses.

Getting in touch with your vibrational frequency

There are various diagrammatic depictions of levels of consciousness, which are vibrational states of being, from the complex and all-encompassing Integral Map devised by Ken Wilber to the simplicity of the scales of various emotional states given by Peggy McColl in her book Your Destiny Switch.

However, I find the Map of Consciousness devised by Dr. David R. Hawkins easy to use to measure vibrational frequency, andI speak about the theory and its implications for the individual and the world in my book The Upward Spiral.

In my coaching, I use Dr Hawkins levels of consciousness, logarithmic scale of frequency and dominant emotion for each level. Many of my clients will begin their journey at level 20 which is in “victim consciousness” this is where one feels hopeless, out of control and seems unable to manifest their lives, mostly blaming others for their circumstances, and never really accepting responsibility for their own lives. It is often played out by destructive behaviour and self sabotage which then gets represented by the martyr archetype, where the person keeps feeling that the world is against them. One can argue the theory of bad luck and there can be an element of this, however the level of vibration you are living in will attract these negative circumstances to you.

Empowerment, higher awareness and life-supporting states of being start at the level of courage. In my practice I work with levels of consciousness, my aim is to get a client to level 250, this is where they are able to navigate their lives in heightened awareness.

Once you have been able to reach the level of ‘Courage—200’ in order to move up the spiral, one needs to go into a frequency of ‘Surrender’, and ‘trust’, which when you have the ‘Courage’ you’re able to trust the flow and ‘Surrender’ to your higher self .

This will take you into ‘Neutrality—250’. When one is able to practice neutrality as a state of being-ness, complete clarity and the ability to respond rather then react will be automatic and the calling to go into ‘Service’ of others, improving other peoples lives and helping the world shift to higher frequencies, will become your natural state of being. It will give you the key to open yourself into receiving the message from higher self as to what your divine purpose is in the world, and what your natural talents are, which we all have each and every one of us.

My favourite saying to my clients, is; be in the state of ‘beingness’ in all the ‘doingness’ times of your life.

Fate And Destiny

Conscious versus Subconscious

The question I’m sure you’re all asking yourselves and having anxious feelings of self-doubt haunting you right now is, how much influence do I really have on my life?

When you discuss the concept of fate and destiny, you come to the scientific theory of ‘cause and effect,’ the physical explanation thereof being “What you sow, so shall you reap.” The famous scientist, Newton said, “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

So, the argument goes, humans have free will, so therefore they can choose the ‘cause’ or course of action which will lead to ‘an effect’. So arguably, effect through conscious choice is destiny.

Many people believe that human characters are formed at birth and therefore people do not have a choice over action or ’cause’, as this is their reactive modus operandi with very little free will, therefore the effect will be fate and nothing can change this. My argument to this discussion is that humans mould and grow their characters constantly through life which leads to the effects being mastered by freewill

So, humans mould their destiny, each time they mould their characters.

Now the next question will be, so how does one mould their character and master their own destiny? The answer is in the alignment of the conscious and subconscious mind. Some research refers to the negative ego as the subconscious mind. I refer to it as the shadow, the wounded ego and in my book, The Upward Spiral, I call it the ‘chip’. I often speak about the ego and the higher self being in alignment and how they must make friends and not fight with each other. I speak about this in step-10, take note.

John Kehoe always talks about becoming conscious of this hidden mysterious aspect of ourselves and the role it plays in our lives. His mantra is, “My subconscious mind is my partner to success.” He explains that the subconscious mind has two main functions. First to attract us to conditions and circumstances that are the predominant thought patterns with- in us. “What you focus on, you attract.” The second main function is to real- ise that your subconscious mind is your partner to success. We must be aware that we possess a second powerful mind and this must work with the conscious mind.

He explains, it has no sense of its own, has no limits, and simply attracts that which you are vibrating at, at one given time. Any repetitive thought will be imprinted on the subconscious, it cannot distinguish between real and imagined.

This is why repeating one’s ‘new chip’ sentence and practise making it part of your life in all areas, thinking, speaking, feeling and action has such a profound positive effect, almost instantaneously. You are actively training your conscious mind to make sure that only the highest quality thoughts gain entrance to your subconscious. When we see this playing out in our life and how we are able to manifest our reality, we realise we have to become very diligent in monitoring our thoughts, and reflection is the key to achieving this.

As we reflect, we see our subconscious patterns and see ourselves acting out our repetitive patterns, it is here we need to adjust our thinking. Then we experience positive experiences and so we feel happier and more confident and the upward spiral loop continues, each time a higher and higher vibration.
