Unlocking Your Potential: A Journey through 'The Upward Spiral' Workshops

These are also designed depending on the group and can run from ten hours to 20 hours. These are based on my books, The Upward Spiral and The Upward Spiral In Action which need to be delivered before the workshops.

Charge per participant, from, $350 for the ten hours and $700 for the twenty hours including both books, they are free on signing up for the course. A minimum of five candidates required.

RESET

Elevate Your Vibration, Embrace Growth, and Sustain Transformation

Monthly, $25

Within the process of attending the one to one coaching or a workshop, tremendous growth and transformation will be experienced. On completion the measurement of vibration will move from a beginning of 20, 30, or 50, to a scale of 200 and 250, which is the requirement needed to make a change in your life and in the world. Once you are vibrating at 250 and have the tools presented in the program, keeping yourself balanced and aligned will become second nature and even in the most challenging situations you will be able to reset to flowing into manifestation and peace.
