Welcome to this Map of Soul Alignment
it is my pleasure to be
your guide to find your way back to your True Self.
One thing that I would like to stress is for you to do your self-
exploration with no judgement and rather have the utmost
compassion for your life’s journey that is in fact your spiritual
journey. we find ourselves in one of
3 categories that flow from one to the other. Here I show you
all 3 so that you can see where you are now, and your
progression going forward.
As you read through the description of these categories, you will identify where you find yourself at this point in your life and you will also recognise where you have been if you have progressed already.
Appreciate where you are now and how far you have progressed, instead of where you feel you may fall short. This is not what this is about. I am sure there are times in your life when you feel blocked and confused, it seems there is no way forward, no solution to your problems.
The fear, sadness and guilt block your minds ability to see what to do to break out of this repetitive cycle.

flame that burns and flickers, with a few shallow breadths keeping it alight A deep sense of knowing, reminds you who you are, reminds you of a divinity that once was, a completeness and wholeness of who you really are, as you connect with this creative force, you can once again unite and live each new day of your life in the present and manifest your future knew was there has diminished and all that’s left is a small tiny flame that burns and flickers, with a few shallow breadths keeping it alight.

This is your natural state of being, we should all be operating from this space. Where are you in your transformational journey?
I ask three questions for you to answer as honestly as you can and then once you have answered the questions then go to the chart below to have a greater understanding of where you are in your transformational journey. Please be mindful to consider the following points when answering the questions:
Where would you place yourself on a daily basis, which means how do you behave ‘most of the time’? That is your dominant modus operandi. Even though you may experience moments in the other areas, it’s where you find yourself most of the time.

Where would you place yourself on a daily basis, which means how do you behave ‘most of the time’? That is your dominant modus operandi. Even though you may experience moments in
the other areas, it’s where you find yourself most of the time.
Are you at the base of the triangle which is in survival mode? Do you feel you operate from a survival consciousness where you are in chaos, your mind is confused most of the time and your actions are reactive and fearbased?
You rarely are able to pause before you react and have difficulty in reflecting on your actions and realising what went wrong. The ability to see a solution for your life and to plan a way forward is challenging.
Would you say, if you measured your ‘dominant emotional vibration’, what would you feel most of the time, would it be, fear, anger, sadness or guilt, or maybe a combination of all of them?
Can you place yourself in the centre of the triangle which is the heart chakra and honestly say that your actions are mostly based in a balance of love and kindness, strength and boundaries?
Are you conscious of your actions and respond rather than react impulsively? Are you able to consciously reflect on your actions, have the clarity and understanding as well the courage to truly realise the way forward and the ideal solutions for your life?
Would you say, if you measured your dominant emotional vibration, which you feel most of the time, it would be in courage
and generally a sense of safety and well-being?
Do you feel you operate from the top of the triangle which is in co-creative consciousness, this state of “beingness” is where you receive higher guidance and tap into the field of intelligence and wisdom, use your intuition and higher self to guide and understand the information that is being downloaded to you?
You have complete awareness of all of your actions, are able to trust and hand over to higher self and source, and let go of the outcome. You are fully conscious of your actions and choose the solutions that are for the greatest good of all.
